Youth Aflame 2024 is June 17th to June 20th!

Youth Aflame 2024 will be held at The Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center in Pigeon Forge, TN. For information on this hotel, click HERE for more information.

Youth Aflame 2024 is $180! For 3 years we have been able to keep Youth Aflame at the same great cost! All while continuing to deliver our exciting activities and delicious 4 meals. 

This did not include the cost for staying at the hotel.

Payment is due when your group arrives at the conference. We request that you bring a church check for your payment. You may also mail your payment in prior to the conference.

Youth Aflame 2024 is able to offer four meals that are included with the conference cost.

Monday Night - Chick-Fil-A Sandwich, Chips, and a Drink

Tuesday Lunch - A Catered Box Lunch

Tuesday Night (before service) - Pizza, Chips, and a Drink

Wednesday Lunch - Chick-Fil-A Nuggets, Macaroni & Cheese, a Cookie, and a Drink.

Youth Aflame encourages our students and sponsors to exemplify Christ through modesty and appropriateness of dress throughout the conference.

Morning Services

The morning services may have a more casual atmosphere in dress because everyone is heading out to the afternoon activities. We do encourage everyone to dress in a way that is conducive to an excellent worshipful atmosphere.

     - Girls are requested that all dresses, skirts, and shorts extend to the knee. Pants are requested to be loose fitting and in good repair.

     - Guys are requested that shorts are not too short. Pants for most services if possible. We ask that hats not be worn during services.

Evening Services

The evening services give us an opportunity to dress up a bit and open our hearts to a night of worshipful singing and preaching.
